This beer follows an original recipe of the long-standing
head brewer and Chodovar brewery president Jiří
Plevka Sr. It is a genuine president of pale lager beers
connecting the best taste properties of sweetish South
Bohemian lagers with artful bitterness of pils beer types.
A specialist committee appraised its quality and the lager
was awarded the “Prize of Czech Brewers 2002”.
We recommend with traditional Czech meals, roast
meat and pasta.
Content: water from our own Artesian well,
assorted kinds of Czech hops, hop products,
malt from our own production of barley grown
on the borderland of Bohemia and Bavaria.
